Refund policy
We hope you’re pleased with your purchase, but in case you're not we're happy to offer refunds (minus delivery costs) for items returned within 14 working days of delivery. Drop us a line on hello@mostlyflat.co.uk and we’ll confirm the return address. Return postage is at your expense. Please return products in their original condition and packaging.
All items are shipped in sturdy packaging with proof of postage so they should reach you in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged please keep the packaging so we can file a claim with Royal Mail. Thank you!
