I only ship to the UK, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.

GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations) and Trump's US tariffs have made overseas trade so fraught with complexity that I've decided the best thing to do for now is to turn off international shipping until there's clear information available about how best to handle things without getting myself into hot water.

I hope to be able to resume shipping to the US at some point soon. If you're in the US and would like to buy something from me, please get in touch and I'll see if there's anything I can safely do that won't cost you a small fortune in import duty.

I'm unlikely to resume shipping to Northern Ireland or Europe. GPSR legislation requires me to have an EU-based representative who can vouch for the safety of my products; the annual cost of this is just not feasible for my tiny business.

Packaging

I use only recyclable and/or repurposed packing materials to lessen impact on the environment. All items are carefully packed so they should reach you in tip-top condition.

Returns

I hope you're delighted with your purchase, but I offer a 30-day returns policy for peace of mind. Drop me a line on hello@mostlyflat.co.uk, and I'll send you the return address.

• If your items arrived damaged or your order is incorrect, return it within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund including initial delivery costs. If an order arrives damaged, please let me know within 48 hours.
• If you've simply changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery date for a refund minus initial delivery costs.
• For an exchange, please get in touch to discuss.
• Return postage is at your expense.

Any returned products must be received by me in their original (resaleable) condition, otherwise I may not be able to issue a refund or exchange. Thank you.
